Meet Our Founder and President

Joe Betcher, Founder and President of Betcher Financial Group, has a passion for helping people secure their financial futures. His interest in retirement planning began shortly after he graduated from Romeo High School, when he began building the foundation for his financial career. From there Joe completed all licensing and educational requirements with The American College, School of Financial Planning, to make Betcher Financial Group a full service financial advisory firm.  

Over the last three decades, through hard work, mentors, and his desire to find a way to best help others, Joe developed a successful business strategy. Through this safe investment strategy, Joe is able to help his clients succeed by delivering upon the promises he has made. This high level of client satisfaction has resulted in numerous lifelong relationships and a career built on referrals. 

In addition to leading his team at the firm, Joe is also an avid hunter and a philanthropist.  Motivated by giving back to the community, he donates to several local charities including the Meagan’s Way Foundation where he is founder and president. The foundation was created to leave a legacy in honor of Joe’s late wife, Meagan, and carry on her selfless love of giving to others.  

As a father of two amazing sons, Joe has always understood the importance of family and it shows through his dedication of protecting his clients and their family’s financial future. 

Throughout Joe’s career, he has earned various achievements for his accomplishments. Some of these include earning President’s Club status with National Life Group year over year, Line Leader for Ohio National Financial Services, Life Member of Top of the Table MDRT since 2010. Joe also became the youngest Metlife Chairman’s Council qualifying member in Metlife history. Joe has led 3 major US based insurance companies in personal production multiple times throughout his career.
