BIO

As a financial professional here at Betcher Financial Group, it is Mike’s goal to help his clients prepare for a secure financial future. He realizes that each client has their own set of unique goals for their retirement, so Mike will work with you to help identify your goals and create a plan to reach them.

As a Registered Representative specializing in retirement income planning, Mike will work with you and your tax and legal advisers, together they will analyze your current financial situation to help you select the most appropriate product solutions to suit your specific needs and circumstances. Preparing for retirement is only half the battle. It is also Mike’s objective to help each client create an income stream that will not run out in retirement. He takes great pride in developing quality relationships with his clients by providing ongoing support during both the Accumulation phase and the Distribution phase of retirement.

Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems and over 28 years of experience in business finance, benefits, sales and support. He lives in Clinton Township with his wife and three daughters and enjoys outdoor sports and spending time with his family.

Andrew graduated from Northwood University in 2010 with his Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Banking, Finance, and Management. Andrew joined Betcher Financial Group in 2015, knowing that an independent advisory firm was the only way to provide the very best financial advice and solutions for his clients.

With a strong sense of fiduciary responsibility, Andrew creates well-rounded financial plans for families and businesses. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2021, in order to better serve his clients in achieving their investment, tax, and estate planning goals.

Andrew and his wife, Katie, welcomed their first child, Finn, to their family in February, 2021 and their daughter Evelyn in August of 2022. They are looking forward to bringing them along on their outdoor adventures (hiking, biking, kayaking) for many years to come. Family is extremely important to Andrew, and because of this, he understands that financial planning is not always just for the individual, or the business, but for their generations of family to come.

As a problem solver, Domenic’s passion is making a difference in the lives of individuals and families. He considers education as the crucial component to the planning process.

Domenic works with Betcher Financial group in the role as a Financial Planning Associate. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University with a major in Finance.
His excitement for financial planning comes from his desire to help young professionals protect and prepare for their financial future. At the same time, teaching and motivating those around him.

In his time away from the office, Domenic enjoys golfing with friends, traveling to new places and spending time at the local gym.

Paula is a licensed life and health insurance agent with a background in communications media and general business. She has a passion for helping people learn the best way to manage their finances for future goals and retirement.

As a Financial Planning Associate who works with the team at Betcher Financial, Paula assists in formulating a financial plan that is in the best interest of the client. And as a former small business owner, she understands the importance of both individual and company-related investments.

Paula lives in the ‘Gateway to the Thumb’ area, was a long-time soccer coach and now in her free time enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with friends and family.

Hunter began as an intern at Betcher Financial after graduating from Romeo High School class of 2023.  He is a licensed life insurance agent and is working towards becoming a registered representative.  He is currently studying business management in college, while also learning hands-on the fundamentals of marketing, financial planning, and wealth management with the team at BFG.  Hunter looks forward to being a major part of the continued growth and expansion of Betcher Financial Group.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

After graduating from Romeo High School in 2023, Ben received an internship at Betcher Financial Group. Currently, he is majoring in finance at Macomb Community College. Since his internship at Betcher Financial Ben has become a licensed life insurance agent while learning many practices of marketing, financial planning and wealth management. Ben looks forward to helping others prepare for retirement and build a successful financial future.

When not working, Ben spends time golfing, reading, and traveling.

Matt is a licensed Life Insurance agent with a background in Mortgage Origination. A decade in the mortgage industry has allowed him to work with thousands of clients and understand the importance of finance, budget, and planning for the future.

Matt and his wife Meris especially enjoy the warmer months while boating with their friends and 4 kids. The family also takes part in many extra-curriculars including basketball and travel soccer, which keep everyone busy all year long.
