Andrew Hopko

Andrew (“Andy”) M. Hopko is a trust and estates lawyer with more than fifteen years of experience working in and out of the probate court.  Andy’s legal practice focuses almost exclusively on estate planning, trust and estate administration, special needs planning, probate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, long-term care planning and elder law.  Working closely with the financial professionals at Betcher Financial Group, Andy assists his clients to ensure that their estate planning goals are achieved and maximizing the wealth they pass on to their loved ones.  He speaks regularly at area school districts to help families with special needs planning and provide for their loved ones now and in the future.  He also works closely with local real estate professionals to navigate probate court.  In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing (poorly) and cheering on Michigan State University athletics.  Go Green!
