Joe Betcher, Founder and President of Betcher Financial Group, has a passion for helping people secure their financial futures. His interest in retirement planning began shortly after he graduated from Romeo High School, when he began building the foundation for his financial career. From there Joe completed all licensing and educational requirements with The American College, School of Financial Planning, to make Betcher Financial Group a full service financial advisory firm. Over the last 20 years, through hard work, mentors, and his desire to find a way to best help others, Joe developed his successful business strategy. Through this safe investment strategy, Joe is able to help his clients succeed by delivering upon the promises he has made. This high level of client satisfaction has resulted in numerous lifelong relationships. As a father of two, Joe has always understood the importance of protecting his clients and their families financial future.

Throughout Joe’s career, he has earned various achievements for his accomplishments. Some of these include the Line Leader Award for Ohio National Financial Services for 2015 & 2016, Top of the Table Qualifier MDRT, Joe also became the youngest Metlife Chairman’s Council qualifying member in Metlife history. Due to Joe’s winning strategy, he has solidified his place as Ohio National's top advisor. Joe has led his team to be a top producing agency in Michigan for the past 15 years.

Daniel Granda, MBA

Daniel Granda brings many years of diverse experience to Betcher Financial Group. Dan works hard to ensure his clients are positioned to have options that will generate consistent income at retirement. He began his business career working in non-profit business development from 1999 to 2002 writing grants to obtain state funding for arts organizations in NJ and PA. In 2003 he moved into the IT field with a focus on Infrastructure management and support. Over the next decade Daniel worked for several organizations, from a small music education company as an IT Project Manager, a Senior Support Specialist at a rapidly growing .com startup, which culminated as a Regional Lead Specialist responsible for the daily operations of 16 offices in 10 states, responsible for over 500 AT&T employees.

This varied experience has given Daniel a unique perspective from which to guide people on the path to a prosperous retirement. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts from Westminster Choir College of Rider University and a Masters of Business Administration from Strayer University. Daniel grew up in Royal Oak, MI. where he lives with his wonderful wife Natalia and his daughter Lilly.

Jack Federspiel, MBA, EA

Jack Federspiel's education includes a BS in Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania along with an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University. His career includes auditing at Cooper and Lybrand, along with advancing financial leadership positions in several industries ranging from cost accounting manager to CFO of many newspapers of a Fortune 500 company. While a CFO in the newspaper industry, he led the operations team in the selection and installation of a newspaper printing press. Earlier, he was one of the youngest controllers of a steel tubing division of a Fortune 500 company.

Jack has been an Enrolled Agent since 2000, and is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Michigan Society of Enrolled Agents, and is licensed by the Department of Treasury to practice before the IRS. In doing so, he represents the interests of clients and their companies in dealing with all IRS issues and concerns. He has, also, secured the designation of Accredited Tax Preparer and Accredited Tax Advisor by the Accreditation Council of Accountancy and Taxation, available to those who exemplify proficiency and expertise in tax preparation, along with the additional requirement of increased annual continuing education beyond that required of Enrolled Agents and other tax preparers.

In recent years, Jack has served on the board of the local chapter of the United Way, and has been a distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club. Jack continues to be an avid member of the community of St. Andrew Catholic Church.
